Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client enrollment and communication tasks. This position involves a mix of data entry, customer service, and organizational responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Process incoming and outgoing paperwork and electronic communications with a high level of accuracy. - Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls to address client inquiries and update enrollment files. - Accurately enter data into multiple databases while adhering to state and contract requirements. - Organize, file, and retrieve confidential documents and correspondence in a timely manner. - Manage and track program-specific materials, ensuring proper distribution as needed. - Conduct thorough research to resolve customer issues and provide clear, actionable solutions. - Maintain a detailed and organized filing system to support efficient record-keeping. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and address high-priority tasks. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a more efficient workflow. - Occasionally work outside standard hours to manage periods of high demand. Requirements - Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field. - High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients. - Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with using 10-key by touch. - Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently. - Comfortable managing high call volumes and resolving customer inquiries effectively. - Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to read and work accurately with formulas.
