_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. **Responsibilities:**
+ Helping with rough to finish carpentry projects in residential and commercial jobsites
+ Prep construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards
+ Load/unload construction materials
+ Performing demolition; site clean-up
+ Assemble/take apart temporary structures such as scaffolding
+ Remove, fill, or compact earth
+ Follow instructions from supervisors; assist workers; learn from on-the-job training
**Qualifications:**
+ Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
+ Ability to work in all types of weather
+ Must be punctual and reliable.
+ 9 months minimum construction industry experience
+ Access to reliable transportation
+ Must have basic tools of the trade.
