Location: Dallas, TX Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Communications Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's messaging and branding efforts. As a Communications Representative, you will have the opportunity to communicate our mission and values to diverse audiences, helping to promote our initiatives and enhance our reputation in the community. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and press releases.
• Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries and develop relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure all staff are informed and engaged with organizational initiatives.
• Measure and analyze the performance of communication efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and other outreach activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a nonprofit or similar environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in media relations and understanding of the media landscape.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform communication strategies.

Benefits:
