What You’ll Be Doing

• Set the strategic vision and goals for the Pain Control product portfolio
• Lead cross-functional teams in new product development, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle management
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and trade societies to strengthen market influence
• Analyze market gaps and identify opportunities for innovation or acquisition
• Oversee marketing communications, product launches, budget planning, and team leadership

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Have experience launching medical devices in the Pain Control category
• Comfortable managing large portfolios and influencing global stakeholders
• Understand both acute and non-acute U.S. healthcare environments
• Bonus if you have an MBA or clinical nursing background
