Job Description

Part-Time Graphic Designer I

Location: Remote (U.S. based, PST hours preferred)

Schedule: 20–30 hours per week; flexible hours M/W/F 8am–5pm or M–F 8am–1pm PST

Pay: $30–$35/hour

Eastridge is looking for a creative and detail-driven Part-Time Graphic Designer I to support strategic marketing efforts for our client. In this flexible remote role, you'll bring visual ideas to life across digital, print, and multimedia platforms—ensuring consistent brand storytelling and polished marketing assets that support both internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated campaign concepts and pitch visual ideas in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Design branded materials across formats: digital, social, print, website, event, and multimedia
  • Uphold and evolve brand identity and style guidelines in all visual communications
  • Create logos, marketing templates, and layout designs for promotional and informational materials
  • Deliver design-ready files aligned with brand, technical, and production specifications
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, web, SEO, paid media, and email teams to align visual messaging
  • Analyze design trends and competitor branding to inform marketing strategy
  • Maintain consistency across all design deliverables and visual assets
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of design experience in an agency or in-house marketing team
  • Higher education, nonprofit, or K–12 experience a plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple platforms

Skills & Tools:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Illustrator)
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Teams)
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
  • Experience producing visuals for digital, print, broadcast, and social media
  • Understanding of pre-press, production, and visual design standards

Work Environment

This is a remote, part-time role that requires regular computer use and visual acuity for design work. Occasional off-site responsibilities may arise. Candidates must be based in the U.S. and available to work flexible hours aligned with Pacific Standard Time.
