What You'll Do:  

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following standards and procedures, keeping with strict observance of the patient’s plan of care. 
• Provide the highest standard of care to our client's and their families with compassion and integrity. 
• Communicate regularly with the True Care staff and nursing supervisor. 
• Record and monitor client's health and condition. 
• Adapt to different cultures and environments. 
• Assist our clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to: Light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, exercising, transferring with or without mechanical lifting devices, oral feeding, laundry, meal preparation and errand running.
