Summary/Objective:
Monarch Behavioral Health is hiring fully licensed mental health clinicians to provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients across Texas. We seek clinicians (Psy.D./Ph.D. Licensed Psychologists, LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, LMSWs) and post-doctoral fellows interested in joining a thriving group practice focused on mentoring, teamwork, self-discovery, and professional growth. Located in the Stone Oak neighborhood of San Antonio, Texas, we offer both in-person and virtual therapy options.

Work Environment:
This job operates primarily in a clerical, office setting located in the Stone Oak neighborhood, with telehealth options available based on client needs. The role routinely involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines, as well as other tools necessary for maintaining an efficient workflow.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly, both verbally and audibly, and to engage in physical activities such as standing and walking. Frequent use of hands is required to manipulate or handle objects, tools, or controls. The employee may occasionally need to lift and carry office products or supplies weighing up to 20 pounds. Additionally, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods may be necessary to complete tasks effectively.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position requiring 30-32 hours per week. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evening and weekend availability as needed. Employees must be available for two evening shifts per week or one evening and one weekend shift to meet client or job demands.
Travel:
This position does not require travel.
Required Education and Experience:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work.
Active, unrestricted counseling license in the State of Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D., etc.).
At least one niche area of expertise (e.g., children, trauma, anxiety, grief).
Preferred Education and Experience:
Willingness to consider associate clinicians with licensure pending within two months.
Clinical supervision available for post-doctoral fellows or LPAs.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Authorization to work in the United States.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Employee must possess a valid driver’s license.
