Manager, Client Partnerships

Position Overview:

The Manager of Client Partnerships is responsible for leading a team of dedicated Client Partnership Executive's and is pivotal in ensuring the team provides excellent customer service, consistent communication, and effective coordination with Bloom's telesales clients and internal teams.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Client Partnership Executives who support telesales
clients.
  • Partner with the VP, Client Partnerships to develop client engagement strategies to ensure
client satisfaction, retain and grow existing clients.
  • Oversee the execution of account plans and manage client lifecycles from onboarding
through renewal.
  • Collaborate with call center operations leadership to align client goals with campaign
performance and enrollment targets.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., close rates, client retention, service quality) and drive
continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with call center operations leadership.
  • Function as the primary escalation point for key accounts and ensure prompt resolution of
issues.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products and services
based on client needs in partnership with Client Partnership Executives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CMS, HIPAA) in all client interactions
and processes.
  • Facilitate training and support for Client Partnership Executives on telesales product
offerings, general healthcare knowledge (i.e., compliance and regulations), and communication best practices.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on client health, revenue performance,
and team productivity.
  • Communicate ongoing client status (written or via presentation) and challenges to
company leadership team, as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and Bloom clients.
  • Plan and execute ongoing team development and goal setting, departmentally and
individually, to ensure departmental evolution and optimization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related degree or four (4) years
of experience in lieu of degree, required.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client services, required.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience required.
  • Medicare/Medicaid knowledge and experience, preferred.
  • Active health insurance license, a plus.
  • Experience working with call center operations or broker networks, preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and deliver results in a metric-driven
environment.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), telesales platforms, and reporting
dashboards.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, compliance-heavy industry.
  • Proficiency using MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong client relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term client satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with considerable multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
Travel Requirements
  • Up to 10% of the time
