About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused  New Home Buyer Specialist  to join a thriving residential community in North Myrtle Beach. This role is pivotal in guiding buyers through the home customization process and ensuring a seamless experience as the community moves toward completion.

Position Overview:
As the New Home Buyer Specialist, you will work closely with buyers to personalize their homes, guiding them through selections and customizations to suit their preferences. You will also coordinate purchasing for buyer selections and materials to support the overall development. This position is ideal for someone passionate about creating positive buyer experiences in a high-end residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for buyers, assisting with home customization.
• Guide buyers through the selection process using standardized options lists and custom feature opportunities.
• Educate buyers on available features to help them make informed decisions.
• Coordinate purchasing for buyer-selected options and other materials needed for the development.
• Maintain timely communication with buyers to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with the team to meet the community’s sales and completion goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in new home sales, customer service, or a related role focused on working directly with buyers.
• Strong ability to guide and support buyers through the selection and customization process.
• Familiarity with purchasing processes, preferably within residential development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary with additional commission potential.
