ABOUT THE ROLE
McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Route Delivery Driver to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll complete daily delivery routes, assist with loading/unloading, and operate company vehicles responsibly—all while being home every evening. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in excellent service and safe driving. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete assigned delivery routes based on the weekly schedule.
Operate company vehicles (manual and automatic) safely and in full compliance with DOT regulations.
Assist with loading and unloading tires and related products.
Ensure on-time deliveries and excellent customer service.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine preventative maintenance (PM).
Follow all company safety standards and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience within the past 3 years.
Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Able to pass a DOT physical exam.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
