Position : Sales & Style Advisor

Location : Tampa, FL

Type : Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation : Competitive hourly rate + commission + employee discount

• Greet every customer with warmth, positivity, and style.
• Offer personalized outfit suggestions and fashion styling tips.
• Drive sales by confidently presenting products and completing transactions.
• Support with store opening and closing duties, including handling the register, securing merchandise, and following operational procedures.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually inspiring store environment.
• Assist in replenishing merchandise and updating displays according to store standards.

✅ What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in retail or customer service (fashion retail preferred).
• A strong sense of style and an eye for color, coordination, and outfit building.
• Confidence, energy, and a customer-first mindset.
• Dependability and responsibility — you're someone we can trust to open/close the store.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
