Sales Development Representative (Remote, Flexible Hours)

Are you a proactive and results-driven professional with a knack for identifying business opportunities? We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying and engaging potential clients who can benefit from our services. You'll leverage job platforms and other relevant channels to connect with businesses and individuals seeking our solutions, build relationships, and help drive new business opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Conduct research on various platforms to identify potential clients interested in podcasting services.
Use search filters and strategies to find relevant RFPs and opportunities within the podcasting industry.
Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages tailored to potential clients' needs.
Engage with prospects via email and other communication channels to introduce our services and build relationships.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with company goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.

This is a remote, self-paced position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Since this role requires a high level of self-direction and initiative, we look for detail-oriented and meticulous team members. What We're Looking For:

Experience: 1-3 years in RFP management, sales, business development, or a related role.
Research & Sourcing Skills: Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other online marketplaces for client sourcing.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including crafting persuasive messages and proposals.
Self-Motivation & Initiative: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively.
Organization & Attention to Detail: Capable of managing multiple projects and tracking client interactions efficiently.
Industry Knowledge (a plus): Understanding of podcasting and related services is beneficial but not required.
Remote Work Readiness: Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting while staying productive and accountable.
Technical Requirements: Quick response time on Slack and ClickUp, ability to work U.S. hours, and a reliable internet connection.
