About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be at the forefront of our business, reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to our staffing solutions. This role is all about high-energy outreach—making calls, sending emails, and connecting with businesses via LinkedIn. Your goal? Find companies that need staffing services, set up qualified meetings, and help turn those leads into successful placements.
You'll work remotely, but there may be occasional onsite meetings for team collaboration or client engagements. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment, this role is for you.
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $24,000 per year ($2,000/month)
Commission: $200 per closed deal (when the client signs & a candidate starts)
Bonus: $500 for closing 3+ deals in a month
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $36,000-$50,000+ (uncapped commission!)

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
Conduct 100+ outbound touchpoints daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to connect with potential clients.
Identify businesses that need staffing solutions and introduce them to our services.
Keep detailed and organized records of outreach efforts in the CRM system.
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
Engage decision-makers and uncover their hiring needs.
Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development or Recruiting teams.
Ensure each lead meets our ideal client profile before handing it off.
Collaboration & Follow-Ups
Work closely with the recruiting team to track leads from initial contact to deal closure.
Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged and move deals forward.
Occasional Onsite Engagement
Attend in-person team meetings or client visits as needed.
Represent the company in a professional and polished manner.
Achieve & Exceed Targets
Aim for 15+ qualified appointments and 3+ closed deals per month.
Exceed goals to maximize earnings through commissions and bonuses.
Who We're Looking For
1+ year of outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience (staffing experience is a plus!)
Comfortable making high-volume calls (50-100+ daily in a goal-oriented environment)
Remote-ready: Strong internet, dedicated workspace, and self-discipline to thrive remotely
Strong communicator: Confident on the phone and persuasive in writing
Results-driven: Motivated by hitting and exceeding goals with a track record of high performance
