**Native English proficiency** (priority for passport holders from English-speaking countries).

• **Advanced degree:** Minimum Master’s degree in a relevant major.
• **Teaching experience:** At least 2 years of high school teaching experience (preferably in China), with verifiable references.
• **Team player:** Strong collaboration skills for cross-departmental projects.

• **Base salary:** ¥22,000–28,000/month (pre-tax).
• **Housing allowance:** ¥5,000/month (pre-tax; requires valid *fapiao*).

• **Flexible schedule:** No fixed office hours.
• **Workload:** 24 teaching periods per week.
