**Job Title: General Laborer for Solar Installation** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated general laborers to join our solar installation team. The role involves using hand tools such as sockets, shovels, and wrenches to assemble and build ground mount solar systems, including tasks related to wire management. Installers will be part of the mechanical crew, focusing on assembling racking systems and setting panels. **Responsibilities** + Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly and installation tasks. + Participate in mechanical crew activities, assembling racking systems. + Set and install solar panels on ground mount systems. + Manage wiring and electrical connections as part of the installation process. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction or solar installation preferred but not required. We are opened to training + Experience working outdoors **Work Environment** The role involves working outdoors on a commercial scale, ground mount solar project. The work environment is dynamic and requires individuals to be comfortable in varied weather conditions, maintaining safety standards while operating tools and equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Los Molinos, California and **will NOT be paying any mileage, travel, or per diem. We are seeking local labor only.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
