The successful candidate will possess the following: ● A strong academic record is required. MBA or equivalent degree from a nationally recognized institution is preferred. ● 6+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple complex, technical and non-technical programs. ● Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to navigate matrix environments and forge strong partnerships across organizations to achieve optimal results in complex programs. ● Outstanding communication skills, tailored for executive-level audiences. ● Proven ability as an effective presenter, negotiator, and collaborator, adaptable across various organizational structures and levels. ● Demonstrated ability to rally teams around execution plans, clearly articulate challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes. ● Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp end-to-end processes and adapt to new business domains. ● Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to addressing issues within teams and the company. ● A passion for excellence and a strong desire to make a significant impact on the business. ● Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and sound business acumen. ● Comfortable operating effectively at both tactical and strategic levels. ● Ability to drive progress and adapt effectively in a rapidly changing environment. **How you will lead** ● Drive program teams to achieve strategic outcomes rapidly, effectively managing dependencies and removing obstacles to ensure business success. Employ best practices in initiating, planning, and executing critical cross-functional programs from inception to completion. ● Design and implement program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes. ● Track progress meticulously, develop standardized reporting mechanisms to keep key stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues, and prepare materials for regular updates to sponsors, Finance leadership, and Intuit leadership. ● Facilitate productive discussions with subject matter experts to drive optimal solutions and results. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Intuit and the Finance organization. ● Promote continuous improvement across teams to foster operational excellence and accelerate progress across Intuit. ● Serve as a role model for change leadership, ensuring effective change management is integrated into all programs. ● Employ effective questioning techniques to identify technical gaps, facilitate sound decision-making, and drive necessary trade-off decisions to achieve program objectives. ● Leverage strong relationships and operational discipline to cultivate collaboration and shared accountability for outcomes across Finance and Intuit. ● Maintain a holistic perspective, aligning program/portfolio activities with Intuit's overall strategy, including relevant industry context.
