Job Description

The staffing coordinator is responsible for filling open shifts for a private home care and staffing agency. The ideal candidate will build excellent relationships with clients and employees to ensure fulfillment of the client's needs. Our Mission: A servant heart with helpful hands. • Work well with others, provide excellent customer service and support to clients and employees.
• Possess a sense of urgency.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Work effectively with all employees, customers and their families.
• Have a can-do attitude to get the staffing assignments completed.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory qualifications:

• US citizen or legal authorization to work in the US.
• Must be able to speak fluent, clear English.
• Literacy in reading and writing English.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office competency.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the Roswell office.
• Understanding of and compliance with HIPPA and privacy laws.

Hours and benefits:

• Monday-Friday 10a-6p.
• 4 days in office, *Potential to work 1 day remote once a satisfactory training and probationary period is completed.
• PTO is accrued after 90 days.
• Holiday availability is necessary and will be on a rotation with other office team members.
• Eligible for Health, Dental, and Vision benefits through United Healthcare are available following successful training and orientation of all Trinity Life at Home Services.
• Position is paid an hourly rate plus a commission structure based on shifts filled by the coordinator.
