An Insight Global customer is looking to hire an IT Super User for a customer site in Montgomery, AL. This person will be the onsite point of contact for the clients automated customer warehouse facility. This role is essential in the success of day-to-day operations in the facility. This person will work 100% onsite and be the onsite tier 1 support for anything technology related, including hardware related items such as printers, computers, and warehouse devices such as RF Scanners, etc. This is a first shift role, typically 40-50 hours a week, M-F, with some OT and weekends as needed.
Compensation Range: $25/hr to $32/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of hands on IT hardware experience
- Entry level SQL experience
- Experience working in an automated warehouse or distribution center setting
- Experience using, setting up, and troubleshooting RF Scanners
- Experience troubleshooting printers and laptops
- Experience installing commercial printers or Xerox, Zebra, Honeywell, etc.
- Experience working with a ticketing system (Ryder uses ServiceNow)
- Strong communication skills, outgoing, a people person personality
- Associates level or higher degree in a technical field related to this role - Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Understand putaway rules in warehouses
- A rule-based system of moving items from a received shipment to the right places in warehouses. This ensures that goods are stored at the right locations based on their storage condition requirements.
