**Job Title: Resident Services Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise, develop, and schedule the resident services staff in alignment with our policies, procedures, and standards.
- Establish and maintain a medication management system that complies with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
- Conduct assessments and reassessments to identify resident needs and create tailored service plans.
- Manage the department's operations within budget while adhering to our policies and standards.
- Perform Quality Enhancement reviews to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Serve as a primary contact for any resident care-related issues within the community.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, State Health and Safety Codes, and federal regulations for assisted living communities.
- Schedule and supervise staff, stepping in to cover shifts as needed.
- Administer medications in accordance with state-specific guidelines when required.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as necessary.
- Provide training and orientation for new staff members, along with ongoing training for current team members.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, department heads, resident services staff, and the Executive Director.
- Support hospitality, leasing, and sales efforts by promoting a positive image of our community.
- Participate in required training sessions for personal and team development.
- Foster positive relationships with residents' families and healthcare providers.
- Maintain active connections within the community and professional networks.
- May be required to drive a company vehicle to various destinations for community activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) with a valid license as required by state regulations.
- Experience in direct patient care, including assessments and clinical observations.
- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff in the healthcare sector.
- Previous experience at a department head level in assisted living or a related field is preferred.
- CPR certification and knowledge of basic first aid are required.
- Experience in coordinating educational events is a plus.
- Must successfully complete our medication management training and all required training programs.
- Must fulfill all state-required training to maintain licensure or certification.
- Flexibility in work hours is essential due to the demands of the position.
- Weekend availability is required.
