Window Cowboy is seeking motivated, dependable Window Cleaning Technicians to join our North Atlanta team. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.

Our technicians are the face of our company. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors, and are willing to put in the effort to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning (interior and exterior)
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Operate ladders, extension poles, and other tools safely and efficiently.
• Travel between job sites (a company vehicle will be provided)
• Uphold the professionalism and values of the Window Cowboy brand.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor with customers.
• Comfort working on ladders and at heights (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
