Commercial Construction Lead Project Manager (St. Louis, MO)
NOW HIRING!! An established and growing industry leading St.Louis -based General Contractor is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager who can lead Healthcare construction projects. Applicable project experience for this Senior Project Manager could include a work history of healthcare, offices, clinics and other large commercial projects in background . This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in St. Louis, MO to develop into their own and reach your career goals!
Qualifications for Senior Project Manager :
* 7+ years of experience leading large scale commercial construction preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
* Projects of $10MM or more for previous work is desirable
* Stable work history and succesful record of finishing projects on time and within budget
* Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will be also highly considered)
Responsibilities of Senior Project Manager :
* Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
* Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
* Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
* Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
* Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clientele
