**General Laborer** **Job Description** + Join a dynamic team in a custom manufacturing shop, focusing on building expansion joints. + You will be responsible for following established procedures to produce high-quality products while adhering to strict safety protocols. + This role demands attention to detail and the ability to learn new processes. + Experience in hands-on craftsmanship, manufacturing, or wrapping is advantageous. **Responsibilities** + Follow procedures to manufacture expansion joints. + Adhere to all safety protocols. + Maintain attention to detail during production. + Learn and implement new manufacturing processes. + Operate machinery and hand tools effectively. + Document production processes accurately. **Essential Skills** + General labor experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment. + Ability to operate machinery and perform machine operations. + Proficiency in reading a tape measure. + Attention to detail. + Ability to stand for long periods. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in craftsmanship, manufacturing, or wrapping is a plus. + Familiarity with production and press machines. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Lodi, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
