As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team full-time in a 100% on-site role.
About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the seamless coordination of inventory, shipments, and delivery timelines. This role requires a proactive, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about keeping things running smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
Track inventory, manage supply chain documentation, and verify shipping paperwork
Communicate daily with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
Resolve transportation and logistics issues quickly and effectively
Maintain accurate data in logistics software and reporting tools
Support warehouse and fulfillment teams with scheduling and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and Washington State logistics regulations
Who You Are
Washington State resident (required)
2+ years of logistics, supply chain, or shipping/receiving experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with logistics software a plus
Comfortable working in a warehouse or on-site operations environment daily
Bonus: More experience or certifications such as CLT (Certified Logistics Technician), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), or Excel expertise can push compensation toward the high end of the pay range
