Job Title: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions based on business requirements
• Work with business units to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities
• Create process documentation, solution design documents, and user guides
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability
• Implement best practices in RPA architecture, security, and governance
• Monitor automation performance and make continuous improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in RPA development using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as .NET, VBScript, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with process analysis, mapping, and optimization
• Experience in databases and writing SQL queries
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or equivalent for other platforms
• Experience with OCR, AI/ML integrations, or intelligent document processing
• Understanding of APIs and web services (REST, SOAP)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government)
• Federal Experience is a plus.
